“ Very impressed with the service. Turned around a nearly 2 hour long interview I had conducted for my PhD research in much less time than expected. I had been using an online AI transcription service which was cheaper, but I was having to do so much correcting/editing that I was thinking it might be sensible to pay the extra if I got a much more accurate transcript. The result has exceeded my expectations and will save a lot of time. I hope that the individual transcriber gets a pat on the back! And it was very good value for the service I received. I also found that the questions I had prior to making an order were answered very swiftly and they quickly completed and signed a confidentiality agreement that I sent through to them. I think I will be using them again. ”
